Hands of God

This room in our gallery contains artwork depicting scenes of the hands of the Father and the hands of Jesus.  Please check back from time to time, as we continue to add new artwork to this room, as well as other rooms in our galleries. You may click on the thumbnail images below to enlarge them.

"Creator of All Things"
-- C.V., girl, age 15

"Who has measured the waters in the hollow of His hand, And marked off the heavens by the span, And calculated the dust of the earth by the measure, And weighed the mountains in a balance And the hills in a pair of scales? Who has directed the Spirit of the LORD, Or as His counselor has informed Him? With whom did He consult and who gave Him understanding? And who taught Him in the path of justice and taught Him knowledge And informed Him of the way of understanding?" (Isa 40:12-14)

"The Potter's Hands"
-- C.V., girl, age 15
"But now, O LORD, You are our Father, We are the clay, and You our potter; And all of us are the work of Your hand." (Isa 64:8)

"The Father's Hands"
-- C.V., girl, age 15
"See how great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we would be called children of God; and such we are. For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him." (1Jn 3:1)

"Come to Me"
-- C.V., girl, age 15
"'Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS. "For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.'" (Mat 11:28-30)

"A Rebellious Heart"
-- C.V., girl, age 15

"I permitted Myself to be sought by those who did not ask for Me; I permitted Myself to be found by those who did not seek Me. I said, 'Here am I, here am I,' To a nation which did not call on My name. I have spread out My hands all day long to a rebellious people, Who walk in the way which is not good, following their own thoughts,"
(Isa 65:1-2)

 "In the Father's Hands #1"
-- C.V., girl, age 15

""My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand. "My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand. "I and the Father are one."
(Joh 10:27-30)

 "In the Father's Hands #2"
-- C.V., girl age 15

""My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand. "My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand. "I and the Father are one."
(Joh 10:27-30)

Do You Want to Know Him?
If you want to know Jesus personally, you can. It all begins when you repent and believe in Jesus.  Do you know what God's Word, the Bible says?

“Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of God, and saying, ‘The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.’” (Mar 1:14b-15).  He preached that we must repent and believe.

Please see my explanation of this in my post called "Do You Want to Know Jesus?"
